Whether it’s for 10 days, a whole summer, a school semester or a full year, an Israel Experience can impact you as no other programs can. Bronfman Youth Fellowships in Israel
Every year, twenty-six outstanding North American teenagers are selected for The Bronfman Youth Fellowships in Israel. The Fellows come from all over the United States and Canada, and are selected based on merit. In their five weeks together, the Fellows encounter the land and people of Israel, study Judaism and major issues in contemporary Jewish life, and learn about themselves and each other. The summer is the beginning of a long-term association for the Fellows, which continues through our extraordinarily active alumni network.
High School juniors from the United States and Canada who will be 16 years old by June of that year are eligible for the Fellowship. Fellowships cover round-trip transportation between New York and Israel, educational programming, and room, board and travel while in Israel. eCamp Israel
Israel is on the cutting edge of technological development. Our camp offers the participant a wide range of computer and Hi-Tech skills workshops from Digital Art to Console Games to Robotics and more. We want to help children and teens grow as people. eCamp Israel is an international camp, where people from many countries, including Israel, will join together to create lasting friendships. There are sports and outdoor games and activities to stretch the body as well as the mind.
Etgar! Outdoor Adventure Israel (USY)
This five-week program is for those who have already participated in the Israel Pilgrimage or a similar program. Go beyond the souvenir stands and discover the Israeli side of Israel. Meet the challenge of study, combined with volunteer work, hiking, and interaction with NOAM, USY's sister movement in Israel.
From Darkness to Light: Poland and Israel (USY)
Spend a full week discovering the history and culture of Polish Jewry, including visits to the concentration, as well as city tours of Warsaw, Krakow, and Lublin. After leaving Poland fly to a Mediterranean port for a three-day trip to Israel by boat, re-enacting the experience of the Shoah survivors who tried to emigrate to Israel before 1948. After you experience Poland, spend five weeks of renewal exploring the length and breadth of Israel.
G.I.V.E - Girls Israel Volunteer Experience (NCSY)
GIVE is a program for girls who want to spend the summer doing Chesed (kind deeds) for people in need in Israel. GIVE is focused on chesed, but that is not all there is. Participants will have the chance to tour Israel, spend a Shabbat in Safed, banana boating, hiking, rafting, and more. InnovationIsrael
InnovationIsrael is a four-week summer experience in Israel for creative, academically-oriented high school students. Many of Israel's premier institutions are partnering with InnovationIsrael on this unique program. In addition to engaging in special imagination-driven courses of their choice at Tel Aviv University in the Arts and Sciences (all taught in English), students will travel throughout Israel for interactive visits at many of the most fascinating, innovative facilities in the world, including hi-tech, bio-tech, environmental, medical, university labs, art and film studios. In a program designed with summer fun in mind, students will go on nature trips, archaeological digs, visit diverse communities, enjoy cultural and beach outings, and have extraordinary opportunities to immerse in Israeli culture with Israeli teens.
International Leadership Seminar in Israel (BBYO)
ILSI is about connecting to Israel on a deeper level. Participants interact with Israel's emerging leaders in the areas of politics, religion, business, science and the arts. Along the way, participants will build on what they have learned through a series of day trips, long weekend excursions, and the every day experiences of living in Israel.
Israel Journey (BBYO)
Join Jewish teens from around the world on the ultimate Israel experience. Israel Journey is a three-week whirlwind adventure that will take you from Israel's highest peaks in the northern Galilee to the warm tropical waters of the Red Sea in the south.
Israel Pilgrimage (USY)
Spend your summer with USY for a complete introduction to the land of Israel. You'll be exposed to the history and contemporary realities of Judaism and Israel. You'll experience these sights and sounds with new friends who share your love of the Jewish homeland.
Israel Sports Clinic (BBYO)
The Israel Sports Clinic is a three-week basketball and soccer training program like no other. Based at Israel's cutting edge Olympic training center, the Israel Sports Clinic combines professional sports training, touring excursions throughout Israel, and competitions with local teams. The tour begins in Israel where you will explore, tour and rejuvenate your sense of Jewish pride in the Jewish homeland. Following Israel your journey to becoming a Jewish Leader begins in Berlin, Germany and includes visits to Leipzig and Hamburg. Learn of our rich Jewish past on German soil, reflect on the enormity of the Shoah, and celebrate in a community reborn. Following Germany, you will travel to a picturesque campsite in the Swiss Alps to help create educational programs that will enable you to connect with wonderfully energetic Jewish children from across Eastern Europe. This is a 6 week summer program which takes Jewish students who are passionate about science to Israel for the summer, at no cost. The program offers participants the opportunity to see Israel, learn about their heritage, and strengthen their knowledge about Israel and its place in the world, all while conducting research and living on the campus of Hebrew University. The pluralistic program is for rising high school juniors, is competitive and requires participants to get involved in Israel advocacy upon their return. NCSY EuroTrip
You will visit Spain, Italy and Gibraltar as you make your way through Jewish history from Madrid to Barcelona, Toledo, Tuscany, Venice, Rome, Nice, Monaco, Florence and Sicily. Finally, you will journey to Israel, our Jewish future, where you will visit Safed, Eilat, Tiberias and much, much more.
NFTY Adventure
Spend four weeks together with teens from across the continent exploring incredible Israel, ancient and modern, from border to border and from sea to sea. With your bus group of 40 teens, create an intense friendship filled traveling community -- exploring together the amazing land of Israel and your Jewish Identity.
Nesiya
Join Nesiya for six weeks in Israel with Israeli and North American peers from diverse backgrounds. The Kehillah Experience combines outdoor adventure, workshops in the visual, performing and literary arts, community service projects, cultural activities and creative Jewish study in Israel. Meet artists, educators, nature guides, activists, and community leaders who will work side by side with you creating, exploring, learning and building.
